We use USPS for all domestic shipping, the following shipping services are available: - Standard ground for delivery within the USA mainland. - 2-Day Air for delivery within the USA including Hawaii and Alaska. - Next Day Air for delivery to select regions within the USA, not including Hawaii and Alaska.

Yep, once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that will include the tracking number for your order. Just log into your account to review order details including shipping and tracking info.

Although we'd hate for you to do that, you can cancel or modify your order up to 24 hours after placing it for non-rush orders. Unfortunately after 24 hours, your order will have been processed and can no longer be cancelled. At that time you will need to follow our return policy.
For rush orders (orders requesting 2-day or next day delivery), you will not be able to cancel your order once it is placed.

If an item goes on sale within 3 days of your purchase we will refund the difference in price less any shipping, rush and or processing fees. After 3 days, we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate a price adjustment.
